When Issues Arise

Handwriting analysis is a unique resource for educators.

When the writing becomes the focus, rather than the student, an exchange of ideas, opinions and alternatives can begin to flow. Students are thrilled to find that qualities they hide or minimize, traits they struggle with, or aspects they are learning to develop can be identified in their handwriting. Then a true dialogue can begin as the student connects these traits with behaviors and opens a door to more productive alternatives.

Handwriting analysis is fun for everyone, a fascinating topic, and a non-disciminating tool for understanding. Based on our experiences and perceptions, the traits we've acquired have an opportunity to shift and grow as we move through life. How we direct these qualities can determine which road we choose at any given time. Our understanding of trait development and how they produce positive or negative results can help us make better choices. And in Debbie's experience and practice, it is also a non-threatening approach to opening lines of communication.
