#55 Demonstrate the healthy behavior you want to see.
We all learn by example. Stop for a moment and reflect on those actions you have witnessed that touched your heart. Maybe it was the arm around the shoulder of a loved one or the embrace given to someone in a panic. Maybe it was in the smile that crossed a friend’s face in hearing a caring voice on the other end of the phone, or in the person sitting across from you who took the time to listen to your concern or share in the joy of your good news.
Whether it’s with food, through language, in exercise, attention, education, work, play, people, or pets – explore the healthy behavior you appreciate and then demonstrate that.
