Love is all you need

"All you need is love..." Like the Beatles song, LOVE is all you need. But, if you're feeling a lack lately, I've got some ideas for you.

Do more of what you Love.

It’s easy to get caught up in the cycle of responding to every call for attention. Rather than appear inconsiderate, we set our needs and wishes aside. Too much and we

minimize our needs entirely. Eventually, we may feel guilty taking personal time and, instead, fill any quiet (and potentially enlightening) moments with more busyness or

mindless input. But if we continue to deny what truly makes us happy, we get out of balance and may soon feel increased frustration, worry, irritability, and illness reminding us that it’s time for some self-care, and that involves doing what you love. And, frankly, the world needs more of that because, the more you do what you love, the more you’ll love what you do and that energy is contagious and inspiring. Start small if you need to, but start somewhere. Uncomfortable? It might just be unfamiliar. You owe it to yourself. This is not about being selfish. It’s about being self-aware.

How?

Start right now. Do something! It doesn't have to be big. Do it for the sheer joy of it. If it relates to a long-held desire, it may seem impossible and out of reach, and it will be if you keep telling yourself that and acting like it can't happen.

Attitude is everything. You deserve to fill the rest of your days with love. So fill yourself up with loving thoughts and feelings and do something that aligns with that energy — every day. YIKES! Again, it doesn't have to be big; it simply has to align. Be consistent! It's like putting money into a jar every day. Every day! It adds up!

And here's the thing.

The more you keep doing what you love and feeling the love of it, the more love you will experience. You know that law of attraction? It's all about energy. More = More. It's not magic. But it is kinda magical.
